Located in the heart of the Catalan Pyrenees at 1,712 to 2,213 meters altitude, Font-Romeu establishes itself as the most modern mountain destination in the French Pyrenees. Its motto "Change your altitude!" perfectly summarizes this resort that offers far more than simple skiing: it's a philosophy where pure air, intense high-plateau light, and authentic mountain character blend to create exceptional vacations.

For alpine skiing, Font-Romeu offers 43 kilometers of marked slopes spread across 47 runs of all levels: 15 green runs, 9 blue runs, 9 red runs and 9 black runs. This perfect balance between accessibility and challenge guarantees skiing for everyone, from beginner to expert. 23 modern ski lifts include 1 detachable cable car Airelles Express (10 places, opened 2023, capacity 2400 people/hour), 8 chairlifts equipped with bike racks for cyclists and hikers, and 14 drag lifts. The domain offers breathtaking descents from Roc de la Calme (2,213m) and Gallinera (2,127m), with panoramic views across the entire Pyrenean range. Snowmaking equipment ranks among the Pyrenees' most extensive: 500 snow cannons guarantee optimal coverage of 36.5 km of slopes year-round.

The LIVE PARK Snowpark is the flagship attraction: in exclusive Pyrenean fashion, this technological innovation allows every skier to record tricks via RFID chips integrated into helmets and 2 strategically positioned module cameras. You can replay performances afterwards, revolutionary for progression! 20 hectares entirely dedicated to children's safe and fun activities complement the alpine offering.

For cross-country skiing, Font-Romeu offers 111 kilometers of trails groomed for classic and skating on 19 varied loops (6 green, 9 blue, 4 red) between the vast "La Calme" plateau and the "Estanyols" forest. Two modern biathlon stadiums (Martin Fourcade trails, Liaison Airelles) enable competitive practice.

Complementary activities: 96 kilometers of skating trails (alternative technique), 40 kilometers of snowshoe trails and 18 kilometers of hiking paths, classic toboggan run, and since summer 2025, the "Draco'Snow" rail luge (820m descent, 96m vertical) and a giant zip line 678m long with 70 km/h glide speed: adventure guaranteed!

Access to Font-Romeu Pyrénées 2000 domain: A single lift pass unlocks 88 complete kilometers connecting Font-Romeu and Bolquère, instantly doubling skiing possibilities.
