Une très belle expérience a la station de ski de Ruka. Pas trop de monde et un domaine assez grand je trouve avec de bonnes pistes que ce soit, bleu, rouge ou noir. Puis le fait de skier dans la nuit avec les pistes eclairés juste au top 🤩✨et le soir on a eu la chance de voir des aurores boréales grâce au ciel dégagé en haut des pistes 🤩🥰🌟

Amazing place to be with your family and friends. Be it summer or winter, plenty of activities for all age groups. Scenic views from multiple hill tops. Many hotels, apartments and cottage to choose from and plenty of eating and market places. All in all and complete package and must go holiday destination.

Ruka on monipuolistunut massiivisesti viimeisten parin vuoden aikana ja nyt vierailijoilla on mahdollisuus kokeilla uutta tunturivuoristorataa. Alueella on myös kesäkelkkarata, vaijeriliuku, seikkailupuisto, rinnehissit sekä talvisin myös laskettelurinteet. Pysäköintimahdollisuuksia ja ravintola- sekä majoituspaikkoja on lukuisia.

A small hill compared to bigger mountains abroad but has many different slopes with varying difficulty levels. Beautiful nature around. Quite challenging but very scenic cross country skiing tracks. Nice cafes along the trails. Also Many other outdoor activities: fat biking, hiking, snow shoe walking, snow scooter driving, winter fishing, northern lights etc. The buildings in the village are architecturally poor. A shame that they are not more an ambitious with building.
