Ski passes Slopes map At an altitude of 1,100 m, at the base of Mont Pourri and near to La Vanoise nature reserve (National Park of La Vanoise) , Villaroger is an authentic mountain village which has preserved its traditional rural way of life. Within the skiable area it shares with Les Arcs, there is the end of one of the longest pistes in Europe, which starts at the summit of the Aiguille Rouge.
A new chair lift linking Villaroger directly to Arc 2000 is due to open this winter.
Tourist facilities include gîtes and privately-owned apartments for rent (200 beds) as well as 5 restaurants.
